Sally Anderson is the founder and executive director of Vermont Center for the Book, an affiliate of the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress. For the past 20 years, she has created professional development programs for librarians and educators around the country. She is a member of ALA's Basic Education and Literacy Services Committee and has presented at numerous conferences. Most recently Anderson created and developed the library-based professional development program, What's the BIG Idea?â„¢, which was funded by the National Science Foundation.
