All subscriptions have a time frame of one year counting from
the day of activation or up to the limit of your download;
whichever comes first. The "Not for Profit rate" applies to
academic institutions, government, inter-government
organizations, NGOs and individuals.

For subscribers of countries on the favorable country list are
entitled to 50% discount and subscribers of countries on the
most favorable country list are entitled to a 75% discount.

The multiple user access to UN COMTRADE is IP controlled. On the
basis of the IP addresses of the institute the users have
automatic access to UN COMTRADE. There is no limit on the number
of records which can be downloaded.
